This is a Nintendo Game & Watch Chef from the Wide Screen series, released by Nintendo Co. Ltd. in 1981. The game looks to be in good condition, but please view photos closely. Note there is a chip where the battery cover is inserted, but it still holds the batteries fine. Played once to test, and everything works fine.
Comes with everything pictured. Plastic bag is not original.
